Service Description

Who is a birth doula? To say simply - she offers support, empowerment and guidance in your journey to motherhood. She works to bring peace of mind and help you find your confidence and trust your body. She is an advocate, a listener, an observer. She offers both hands off and hands on support. As a doula, I offer a personalised support and care throughout your pregnancy, during your birth and in your postpartum period. You can choose from the following packages: THE COVE - £500 Virtual Doula Support - 3 x antenatal online sessions - ongoing WhatsApp support in pregnancy and until 6 weeks postpartum - virtual support throughout your birth - 2 x postnatal online sessions THE WAVE - £850 In Person Doula Support - 3 x antenatal sessions in person - ongoing WhatsApp support - access to resources and relevant research - on call support from 38 week of pregnancy - 3 x postnatal visits including nourishing meal THE COVE & WAVE £1250 In Person Doula Support - help in creating your birth plan - ongoing WhatsApp support - access to my resources and relevant research - 3 x antenatal sessions - 2 x hypnobirthing sessions - on call support from 38 week of pregnancy until birth - 3 x postnatal visits including a nourishing meal and herbal support - choice of Mothers Blessing Ceremony/Closing Ceremony/Placenta Burial - placenta medicine preparation (if desired) Payment plans available. Please note, in person packages are available for Derby/Nottingham based families within 20mile radius of Belper, Derbyshire. Virtual support is available for UK residents. I do provide support for low-income parents and those in difficult life situation at reduced rates.
