Service Description

Postpartum is a sacred time for recovery and bonding with your baby. In many cultures, women do not leave home for even 40 days, spending their time resting and connecting with their newborn baby whilst others tend to her needs. I offer hourly support or packages of multiple visits to help you in those first weeks. I can lend an open ear. I can bring you a nourishing meal, make a cup of tea or bring shopping. I can do your house chores or run you a bath. I can stay with your baby whilst you have a nap or time to yourself. We can discuss your feeding journey, babywearing, birth experience. Whatever it is you need - I am here. I offer support, care, hand on help and more than anything, listening skills. Here is my offering: THE TIDE - £25/h In Person and Online An hourly support whenever you need it - it may be a call to listen & answer your question or a visit at your home. THE SHORE £395 In Person 6 weeks of postpartum care including: - a weekly 3h session - nourishing meals - herbal support - ongoing WhatsApp support - optional: Closing Ceremony (+ £55) - optional placenta medicine (+ £25) THE LAND £725 In Person 6 weeks of postpartum care including: - 2 weekly 3h sessions - nourishing meals - herbal support - ongoing WhatsApp support - optional: Closing Ceremony (included) - optional placenta medicine (included) THE HAVEN £1450 In Person 6 weeks of postpartum care including: - 4 weekly 3h sessions - nourishing meals - herbal support - ongoing WhatsApp support - optional: Closing Ceremony (included) - optional: placenta medicine (included) Payment plans available. Please note, the in person packages are available for Derby/Nottingham families based within 20 mile radius of Belper, Derbyshire.
